Ethical Gift Guides 2025- 45 Sustainable and thoughtful gift ideas.

Each year, for the past few years I have posted a set of gift guides. The hope in that is that you can take recommendations from a trusted voice to cut across so many of the messages and adverts of the season saying ‘buy this!’, or ‘you need this!’! The consumerism of Christmas is no small thing, something I consider year on year as I buy gifts for those around me. The gifts I buy will majority be second hand, but the gifts I do buy new will hopefully be ones that last, are made well and haven’t cost someone else in the process. Lots of these gifts below can also be bought secondhand. I urge you to look there first but you can use these ideas as a sort of framework for buying. I also know that a purchase of Holos Kombucha literally changes lives, as I know a purchase of the letter prints from Crumpet Prints will most probably make her do a happy dance. There really is a better way to gift, and hopefully, an insight into that is here.

Here are links to the previous years’ guides:

2024’s gift guide here, 23’s gift guide here, 22’s gift guide here, 2021’s gift guide here, and 2020’s here. These still remain presents I would buy from brands I love. There’s also an alternative gift guide here, with lots of free and creative ideas too.

Enjoy!

Please feel free to share below what you are gifting this year!
